The Basics

Name: Nathan Porter

License:
WA State Realtor®, #119933

What firm do you work for?
Keller Williams Greater Seattle (However, I frequently work outside of Seattle in multiple counties.)

How long have you been an active, full-time Realtor? I’ve been licensed since 2015 and real estate is my full-time career.

Are you taking on additional business at the moment? Please reach out to me to discuss the details or your goals, needs, and my current work load. I’m happy to connect and discuss if working together makes sense for everyone at that time. My goal is to always provide high-touch, detailed, and responsive services. As long as my work load allows for assisting additional clients without risking a negative impact on my current clients, I’m happy to help. I always appreciate the opportunity and I look forward to connecting.

Do you represent buyers, sellers, or both? I never represent a seller and buyer for the same deal (“Dual Agency”) but I do represent and work with sellers and buyers - assisting with listing properties and purchasing properties.

Are you on a team, or solo? I’m a solo, full-time Realtor®. However, I’ve been on both sides of it - I’ve worked on a team in the beginning of my career but changed course and have remained solo for the rest of my time in the industry.

Life Outside Of Real Estate

I keep it pretty simple.

I enjoy traveling to experience other cultures, perspectives, and course… other FOOD. If it’s up to me, you’d find me at a tropical beach somewhere. While wandering around and recharging, non-professional street photography is a fun hobby during those adventures, although I’m just an amateur having some fun and pressing buttons.

When in work mode, I always try my best to grow, remain detailed and communicative, regardless of whether or not you’re a repeat client, a friend, family member, or a new client I’m assisting for the first time. Outside of work, I suppose close friends would view me as sarcastic, addicted to eating new things, and hopefully, consider me to be a laid-back, reliable person to have around.

The majority of my time is spent with my wife, Jaqueline (Zheah-Kay-Lean-Eee), and my Pitbull-Australian Cattle Dog mix (thank you, Tacoma Humane Society), Milo.

I’m an open book, so feel free to ask any questions that come to mind!
