Whether you’ve never purchased a home, or you’ve purchased 10 houses, each time can bring forward it’s own risks, challenges, and information to note when making decisions. I’ve written hundreds of contracts and although most agents do use Multiple Listing Service forms, our strategies, detail, organization, and research can create a very different experience. Not only can your process of purchasing be impacted by who you choose to work with, but also your time as a homeowner.

One of my main goals is to not just get you into a home but to help you understand what you’re considering. New Construction, pre-war houses, the jaw dropping mid-century modern you love… they all have pros and cons. Or, pros and projects… maintenance… pricey systems. Homeownership isn’t an easy path but it can certainly be rewarding. My job isn’t to make these big decisions, it’s to educate, provide perspective and options, analyze risk, then let you choose the route that feels right for your goals.
